In today's fast paced life and increasing work pressure Stress has become a common phenomenon. To curb the effect of Stress a lecture on effective stress management and creation of stress free environment was organized by  the Aizawl Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of 23 Sector Assam Rifles/Inspector General of Assam Rifles (East) on the 20 November 2020 at Bn HQ.

The aim of this lecture was to foster a sense of Responsibility among all ranks by addressing to their concerns and guide them on effective management of stress there by creating stress free environment at home and work place. Dr. Rajesh Rongpi, MD Psychiatrist, Assistant Professor, Zoram Medical College delivered the subject lecture and addressed the issues raised by all ranks. Total of two officers, eight JCOs and 110 ORs attended the subject lecture.
