With the recent influx of Mizo from other state, the State Government took initiative of creating a mobile application to enable PASS Application, approval and Download of e-PASS through their mobile apps. The collaboration of Home Department and Department of ICT and MSeGS, have published mCOVID-19 Apps both on Google PlayStore and App Store.

Any personnel willing to return to Mizoram by flight can submit pass application from mPASS : FLIGHT using the app or through the website https://mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in . After application is approved, e-PASS can be downloaded from the app and produce the same to authorities at the Airport.
