The Mizoram Civil Services Sports & Cultural Association Annual sports meet 2019 which lasted for 4 days, from 10th to 13th September, 2019 came to an end with the Closing function attended by Mr Robert Romawia Royte, Minister, Sports & Youth Services department at Ramhlun Indoor Stadium.

The Minister on his closing function speech mentioned the essence of physical, mental and spiritual fitness and emphasized on promoting fitness at all levels. Mr Robert Romawia Royte highlighted on various initiatives taken by the state in drafting of the Mizoram State Sport Policy and organizing State games to revive certain sport disciplines which seems to be neglected in many sports events in the state.

The MCSS&CA 32nd Annual Sport Over-all champion trophy and Badminton trophy was handed to the Mizoram Police team-A, Chess trophy to PWD, Table tennis to PHE and Carrom and Volleyball trophy to P&E department. A total of 1559 players of the Government of Mizoram employees took part in the 32nd Annual sports meet from various department.
