Aizawl, the 25th May 2020: On receiving request from the villagers at Saipum under Kolasib district, Medical team of Aizawl Battalion under the aegis of 23 Sect, AR / IGAR (East) conducted a medical camp, today.

Villagers of all age groups came for the medical camp and were administered medical treatment along with free medicine. In addition, the medical team also educated the villagers on COVID-19 emphasizing on the spread of the virus, it's symptoms and all preventive measures to be taken

The Assam Rifles has been regularly organising such medical camps in the remote  areas.  The relentless effort of the Assam Rifles towards conduct of such camps have been greatly appreciated by the public.
