Dated Khawzawl, the 13th April, 2021: Khawzawl District Level Task Force on Covid-19 held meeting yesterday at DC Conference Hall presided over by its Chairman Pu Zothanmawia, Deputy Commissioner, Khawzawl District.

The meeting reviewed actions taken by DLTF, took stock of the situation and discussed about future course of actions to tackle the possible Covid-19 second wave. The meeting decided to enforce strict SOPs, Covid-19 appropriate behaviours and night curfew. Strengthening of VLTFs, officials on duty and setting up of Community Quarantine Facility and Covid Care Centre were also discussed at length.

It was also mentioned in the meeting that in Khawzawl District, a total of 382 people have received coronavirus vaccine and out of which 185 have got second dose of vaccination.
