MEETING ON QUICK RESPONSE TEAM HELD IN CHAMPHAI

In order to materializing the order received from the Mizoram State Disaster Management Authority regarding the setting up of District Quick Response Team, Champhai District Disaster Management Authority held meeting yesterday led by its Chairman Pu SL Naveen, IAS at DC Conference Hall.

The sitting of District Disaster Management Authority agreed to set up Champhai District Quick Response Team. The Team will be comprising 9 volunteers who are trained specialist expertise in handling Disaster related incidences. The meeting formed the Selection Committee, prepare selection criteria and application form as per the State Disaster Management Authority’s criteria.
