Mamit 25^th  June, 2020 :  Health Minister Dr. R.Lalthangliana today handed 4 ambulances donated by Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. under their CSR health project to fight Covid-19 for Aspirational District Mamit to health officials of Mamit District. Three of these were handed over to CMO Mamit while was was handed over to DMS District Hospital Mamit.

After the handing over of ambulances, the Health Minister held a a meeting with medical officers of the District where issues and challenges faced by the health officials in the District were discussed.  He then visited the District Hospital Mamit, the proposed site for 100 bedded Hospital building for the District to be funded by Power Finance Corporation and also the proposed site of for Auxiliary Nursing Midwife Hostel building.

The Health Minister was accompanied by Pu Lalrintluanga Sailo, Deputy  Government Chief Whip and Mamit MLA Er. H. Lalzirliana. The Meeting was attended by Officials from the DLTF and Officials from the Health Department of the District.
