Mizoram Police and 46 th Assam Rifles in a joint operation seized 241900 nos (23.6 Kgs) of suspected Methamphetamine tablets having local market value of Rs.6,04,75,000/- at Kawnpui, Kolasib District on 26.3.21 (Friday) at 10:40 PM. Case has been registered at Kawnpui Police Station vide Case No.3/21 Dt.27.3.2021 u/s 22(C)/25 ND&PS~Act 1985.

During the year 2021 (Jan - till date), Mizoram Police has so far seized 609.14 grams of Heroin, 629 grams of Ganja and 95.627 kgs. of Methamphetamine under ND&PS Act 1985.
