East Tupui MLA Pu Ramthanpuia handed over water rescue equipments worth Rs. 2.5 lakhs to Tuipuiral Group YMA in a short function held last night at his residence in Aizawl. The equipments include 15 lifejackets, 15 diving masks and rescue ropes weighing 2 quintals and 20kgs.
