The 9th Music Domain Mizoram Circle Of Music Meet was organised on 27th September 2019 at Aijal Club where the Mizoram Youth Commission Chairman Dr Vanlaltanpuia was the Chief Guest of the function.

MYC Chairman Dr Vanlaltanpuia pointed out the importance of drafting a policy which will encompass the development of various skills stating that these skills and talents must be transform into a source of reliable income generating livelihood.
