Lawngtlai, 8th November, 2025 : In view of the forthcoming General Election to the Lai Autonomous District Council (LADC),  2025  District Election Officer has issued the following order.

ORDER

In view of the forthcoming General Election to the Lai Autonomous District Council, 2025 and in order to ensure smooth conduct of the said election, all Officers and staff under Lawngtlai District are hereby directed not to avail any kind of leave without prior approval of the Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Lawngtlai.

If is further informed that no leave application shall be entertained or considered unless it is duly justified and approved by the undersigned. Any unauthorized absence during this critical election period will be viewed seriously and dealt with as per relevant rules.

All Head of Offices under Lawngtlai District shall ensure strict compliance with this order.
