Aizawl, the 15th April 2021: Under Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Acts 1881 and under Section 135B of the RP Act, 1951 the Government of Mizoram declared the 17th April, 2021 (Saturday) as Paid Holiday for every person employed in any business, trade, industrial undertaking or any other establishment and registered as voters under 26-Serchhip(ST)AC to enable the voters to exercise their franchise in the Bye-Election under 26-Serchhip (ST)AC, Serchhip District.
