Siaha; the 21st May, 2020: Knowing well the scarcity of Fresh vegetables, especially those of Forest product at Siaha Town, many Villages of Siaha District donated their home grown vegetables and hard procured Forest product Fresh vegetables to the Kitchen Management Committee of Quarantine Facilities; at Siaha Town.

Many villages had donated,through their respective Village Level Task Force, their fresh vegetables to the Quarantine facilities earlier too.

Yesterday's evening also Kitchen Management Committee of QF received such a awe-inspiring and encouraging gift in the form of Fresh Vegetables (home grown & Forest product) from ' a not- much- haves either ' and one of the remotest villages of Siaha district, Mawhro village. Fresh Vegetables donated are:
1. Black cardamom stalk (local name Iatabao) ---2 big sacks
2. Clerodendron seretta (local name Âroh)-- 1 big sack
3. Dysoxylum procerum (local name Vakaolawdy)
4. Plantain flower bud (local name Hlachâ-aoh)-- 1 big sack.

Nodal officer of Kitchen Management Committee of QF, profusely thanked Mawhro villagers while receiving the gift, and told them that more than their valuable gift, it's their Philanthropic spirit in this time of Crisis that truly uphelp one for all and all for one spirit in our battle against Covid-19. Your good deeds has a deep impact on each and every one of us, and it encourages us to take head on whatever challenges Covid-19 crisis might throw to us, she added gratefully.
