Lunglei, 22nd November 2024: Pi Navneet Mann, AGMUT cadre IAS officer of 2020 batch, took over as the new Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei District, relieving Pu R. Lalṭhazuala, MCS today.

Pi Navneet Mann hails from Amritsar, Punjab and permanently resides in New Delhi. She finished B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi. This is her first assignment after joining the Mizoram administration on 28th October 2024. She has served as Assistant Commissioner under Jammu & Kashmir administration; and as Sub-Deputy Magistrate, Special Secretary (Home Department), and Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi under Delhi administration.
