A reception meeting for the visit of the President was held today at the CS Conference Hall and presided over by Chief Secretary Van Hela Pachuau. President Pratibha Patil is scheduled to grace the Sixth Convocation of Mizoram University which is to be held on 24th Sept, 2010.

According to the schedule, the President will arrive at Lengpui Airport on 23rd September, 2010. She is proposed to inaugurate the new State Central Library and attend a civic reception at Raj Bhavan on the same day. She will participate as the Chief Guest in the Sixth Convocation of Mizoram University on 24th September 2010
