FCS&CA, Fisheries etc Minister of State Pu K.Lalrinliana graced the Ruby Jubilee Celebration of Kolasib headquarter MZP which was held today at Kolasib Diakkawn YMA Hall.

Congratulating the Kolasib MZP on Forty long years of service to the Students, he commented that the MZP has been able to thrive for so many years due to the hard work and dedication of their leaders.

The Minister said that the students are the future of the nation and hence should focus their thoughts on development and welfare of the people right from their school/college days. Highlighting the importance of self sufficiency the Minister said that in order to move forward as a Nation and as a State our focus should be on being self sufficient on various accounts for which the youth have a big role to play in supporting the programmes and schemes of the Government and fulfilling their fundamental duties.

Addressing the Students gathered at the function the Minister said that Education should be meaningful; competitions in good spirit should be followed and one should take up education keeping in mind what one can contribute for the benefit of the State and the Nation as a whole.

Apart from the Minister the first President of Kolasib headquarter MZP Mr HT.Rila, General Headquarter President Mr.L.Ramdinliana Renthlei and Kolasib headquarter MZP Adviser Mr.C.Zomuanpuia addressed the gathering.
