R/W 5(5) of the Mizoram Containment and Prevention of Covid-19 ordinance 2020 and the violators is kept in Ngur Community Quarantine Centre and will be formally arrested after completion of quarantine period.

 

The following violators were found in contravention with section 4(1), 4(2) & 4(9) of the Mizoram (Containment and prevention of Covid-19) Ordinance, 2020 : -

 

  1. 39 violators from Aizawl District.
  2. 3 violators from Siaha District.
  3. 81 violators from Lawngtlai District.
  4. 1 violator from Champhai District.
  5. 3 violators from Serchhip District.
  6. 26 violators from Traffic Unit.

 

 

They are compounded as per Govt. of Mizoram new Ordinance vide no. H.12018/255/2020-LJD, dt. 3.5.2020
