17th January, 2025 : No.B.14015/3/2025-SEC/LC/2 : In partial modification of this Commission's notification of even number dated: 14.01.2025 and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 & sub-rule (2) of Ru|e 4 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015 and sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 & sub-rule (2) of Rule 4 of the Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby appoints Pi C. Lalduhzuali, MCS, Joint Director, Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation Department as Election Observer for all Village Councils within Serchhip District vice Pi C. Laltleipuii, MCS, Director Social Audit Unit. 

The Officer so appointed shall be deemed to be on deputation to the State Election Commission, Mizoram for the period during which she is so deployed and subjected to the control, superintendence and discipline of the State Election Commission under the provision of Rule 15 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015.

The appointed Election Observer is further requested to attend a briefing to be held on 20^th January, 2025 (Monday) at 02:00 P.M in the Office Chamber of State Election Commissioner, Mizoram, Aizawl.
