Aizawl the 18th February, 2025: WHEREAS, pursuant to Notification No.B.14015/3/2025-SEC/LC/88, dated:11^th February, 2025 issued by the State Election Commission, Mizoram under the provision of sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and Rule 37 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015 read with Rule 16 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Ward Committee and Local Councils) Rules, 2010 as amended, General Election to Local Councils was held for the purpose of constituting XV/4 - Lawipu Local Council within Aizawl Municipality on 14th February, 2025;

AND WHEREAS, the result of the election in respect of XV/4 - Lawipu Local Council Constituency in the said General Election has been declared by the Municipal Returning Officer concerned;

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-rule (3) of Rule 77 of the Mizoram Municipalities (Election to Local Councils) Rules, 2015, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies the names of the members elected in respect of the said XV/4 - Lawipu Local Council, along with their party affiliations, in the SCHEDULE enclosed to this Notification.
