Aizawl the 18th February, 2025: WHEREAS, the State Election Commission, Mizoram had adjourned election to Lalnutui Village Council vide Notification No. B. 12011/8/2025-SEC/VC/6 Dt. 3.02.2025 and pursuant to notification No.B.12011/8/2025-SEC/VC/7 dt 4.2.2025 issued by the State Election Commission under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 and Rule 37 of the Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014 as amended, election to Lalnutui Village Council was held on 13th February, 2025 within Lunglei District for the purpose of constituting Village Council within the said constituency;
AND WHEREAS, the results of the election in respect of Lalnutui Village Council in the said election have been declared by the Returning Officer concerned; and
NOW, THEREFORE, as provided under sub-rule (3) of Rule 77 of the Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby notifies the names of the Members elected in respect of the said Village Council, along with their party affiliations, in the SCHEDULE enclosed to this Notification.
