The Republic Day Celebration committee,Siaha held its first meeting to chalk out R-day,2020 Celebration programme, at DC Conference, here at Siaha.

Since District Playground, where the Red Letter day celebration was used to conduct, will not be ready for use on this day, the meeting selected Meisatla field for the Venue of Celebration and Celebration programme will begin at 8:00Am sharp. The meeting also decided to forgo *Tableu Show* and *At Home* programme on account of the inconvenience of Venue's premises and date, as this year's Republic Day falls on Sunday.

Various Responsibilities and Duties were deliberated upon and assigned to each department for the grand success of Republic Day-2020 Celebration programme. Today's meeting also fixed 22/1/2020 as the date for its second/review meeting.
