Dated Aizawl, the 23rd July, 2025: WHEREAS, the Governor of Mizoram, by Notification under Rule 144 of theChakma Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business etc.) Rules, 2002 as amended has been pleased to call upon 7-Kamalanagar ‘W’ MDC Constituency under Chakma Autonomous District Council to elect a Member of District Council vide No.H.14011/3/2023- DC&MA(C)/42, dt.24.06.2025 in accordance with the said Rules and orders made there-under;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 151 read with sub-rule (5) of Rule 7 & sub-rule (1) of Rule 158 of the Chakma Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business etc.) Rules, 2002 as amended, the State Election Commission hereby publish the schedule for By-Election to 7-Kamalanagar ‘W’ MDC Constituency under Chakma Autonomous District Council, 2025 as follows:
