Dated Aizawl, the 6th June, 2024: No.B.14015/1/2024-SEC/AMC/27 : In exercise of the powers conferred under subsection (1) (b) of Section 348 of the Mizoram Municipalities Act, 2007 as amended, the State Election Commission, Mizoram, hereby appoints Pu Lalmuansanga Ralte, Joint Director, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department to function as Municipal Returning Officer vice Pu Isaac C. Lalrempuia, Additional DC, Aizawl District, Aizawl for the ensuing By-Election to Ward No. XIX under Aizawl Municipal Corporation, 2024.
