SUPPLY MINISTER VISITS BAIRABI RAIL STATION, HANDS OUT AID TO 19 VLTFs

Kolasib dated 22nd May 2021: Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Mr.K.Lalrinliana, today visited Bairabi rail station, where several labourers were found Covid-19 positive in the past recent weeks.

The Minister held talks with Bairabi Joint Village Level Task Force, FCI officials and also other officials from the district administration, making sure that there was no hindrance in the supply of essential rations in the state.

Minister K.Lalrinliana also distributed 7 bags of rice to all 19 Village Councils within Kolasib Assembly Constituency, along with several protective kits for the personnel on duty during lockdown. Bairabi currently has 53 Covid19 positive individuals with 106 households under home quarantine.
