Supreme Court Judge, Hon'ble Justice Mr Altamas Kabir will arrive in Aizawl for a two day visit. The Chief Secretary and few government officials held a meeting  today to discuss the matter at the Secretariat Conference Hall.

Hon'ble Mr Justice Altamas Kabir, Judge, Supreme Court of India & Executive Chairman, National Legal Services Authority who is scheduled to arrive on 14th June (Monday) will leave Mizoram on 16th June. He will attend the 'Legal Aid Clinic & Awareness Programme' at Sihphir on 15th June as well as the Legal Awareness and Inter-Departmental Conference to be held at Tourist Lodge, Chaltlang at 4:00pm the same day. The programme will also include speeches from the Hon'ble Chief Minister and other government officials. Law & Judicial Officers, Social Welfare, Women and Child Development, Labour & Employment, Rural Development and officials from other different line departments are expected to attend the conference.

A culture programme in honour of the visiting judge will be organized at Tourist Lodge.
