Aizawl, the 12th October 2026: Union Minister of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Mr. Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, currently on a visit to Mizoram, this evening interacted with select members of civil society and renowned personalities at the Durbar Hall, Lok Bhavan.

The DoNER Minister Mr. Jyotiraditya M. Scindia described the interaction with civil society leaders and renowned personalities in Mizoram as an honour. He urged the attendees to continue giving their best efforts for the development of Mizoram by effectively utilising their experiences and expertise.

During the meeting, the DoNER Minister asked about their experiences and held discussions on various areas requiring improvement and the priorities they identified based on their experiences. The interaction was held in a cordial atmosphere.

Those present included Padma Shri awardees, national awardees, NGO leaders, academicians, entrepreneurs, artists, writers and filmmakers.
