Aizawl the 8th July, 2026: It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the UPSC GROOMING SCHEME ENTRANCE EXAMINATION, 2026 will be conducted by the Mizoram Board of School Education during August, 2026.

The application form, along with the detailed scheme can be downloaded from the official MBSE website: www.mbse.edu.in The hardcopy of application form along with essential documents shall be submitted to the MBSE office, Chaltlang, Aizawl.

1. Opening date for submission of application forms: 13^lh July, 2026 (Monday)

2. Last date of submission of application forms: 31^st July, 2026 (Friday)

3. Eligibility Criteria :

(a) Candidates who secured 414 marks and above in the High School Leaving Certificate Examination, 2026 under Mizoram Board of School Education.

(b) Candidates who are permanent residents of Mizoram.

(c) Candidates fulfilling the above criteria who are currently pursuing class XI in schools within Aizawl area.

4. Date of written examination : 7^lh August, 2026 (Friday)

5. Tentative date of personal interview : 18^th – 19^th August, 2026

6. Documents to be submitted along with application form :

a) Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate

b) Residential Certificate (Original). This will be mandatory in the personal interview.

c) Attested photocopy of Class X Marksheet

d) Two passport size photos.
