The State Level Organising Committee for Winter Festival, 2019 was held today at Tourism Minister’s Office Chamber. The meeting decided that the venue and date for celebration of Winter Festival, 2019 would be AR Ground, Aizawl and 18th December (Wednesday), 2019 respectively. The meeting also decided to have a Christmas Theme for the youth participants. Working Committee under the Chairmanship of Tourism Director shall be formed.
