Indian Chamber of Commerce, North Eastern Council, Ministry of DoNER ,Govt. Of India; DC office, Siaha leh BDO office, Siaha RD Block  jointly organised Workshop on Financial inclusion at DC conference, here at Siaha.

Today's Workshop was attended by representatives of   MTP(H) , MCHP(H), MSO(H)  alongwith Farmers, VC member Bussiness men and members of various Self Help Group.

Shri.Bhupesh Chaudhary IAS, Deputy Commissioner benignly graced the workshop as Chief Guest. Delivering speech at the workshop, Shri. Bhupbesh Chaudhary highlighted the importance of Financial inclusion  and said "the purpose of conducting this type of workshop is to dessiminate and let know the general public  about various Government's Schemes  and what types of Bank facilities  and befenits are available for the general public".

Resource person from varioud Banks at Siaha district Viz: MRB,MCAB, SBI,  HDFC and Social Welfare department gave lectures at length on Various Gov't's Schemes  and Bank loans.

Shri. Ngulzathuama, BDO, Siaha RD Block delivered lecture on PMSYM  and reiterated that for all the Job Card holders ( un-organised workers)  who had attained 60yrs of age were entitled @Rs. 3000/- per month as pension benefits.

Lecture session was followed suit by intereraction session wherein all the queries and doubts raised by gathering public was answered comprehensively and zealously by the resourse persons.
