Champhai, 22nd March, 2021: World Water Day 2021 was celebrated today at Champhai. Public Health Engineering Department  organised the event at I&PR Auditorium with the theme titled 'Valuing Water'. Chief Guest Pi Maria C.T. Zuali  launched software for online water bill payment.

The function was chaired by Er. C.Lalhmachhuana S.E Champhai while Er. J.Kapkima,E.E gave keynote address and administered the Water pledge. Pi Julie C.Mawii, District Coordinator, SBM-G & JJM, Champhai District proposed vote of thanks and concluded the function.

At today's function, Pu Lalventluanga, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Botany, Govt. Champhai College gave presentation on the theme ‘Valuing Water’ whereas, Pu F.Lalrinmuana President, Sub-Hqtrs. YMA Champhai highlighted the importance of saving water sources.
