District Research Officer's Office organized a two-day  'Annual Training of Registrars of Births & Deaths, 2019-2020'  and the training was held at D.C's Conference Hall, this forenoon here at Siaha.

Pu PC. Lalbiaktluanga, District Research Officer, Siaha presided over  training inaugural programme and Pu VT. Zawsi, RBD, Ahmypi solemnly conducted devotion. Training is conducted for all the  Registrar of Birth & Death of Siaha District.

Pu Amol Srivastava IAS, Asst. Commissioner, Siaha graced the training as the chief guest; and speaking at the occasion,Pu Amol reminded the trainees of their important role in our nation's strides towards  progress. He thanked the trainees for their exemplary works  rendered so far and exhorted them to  always take their duty seriously. He stressed that all the developmental activities of the nation begun with well planning, and planning couldn't be done without Data,  and "you are Data collector and your works do decided Nation's course of action indirectly" he quipped.

Pi C. Lalthanmawii, Research Officer, Directorate of Economics & Statistics, Aizawl too delivered a  speech. Training  was imparted by Pi Lalfakawmi, IS; Pi Laldinpuii, SIS; Pu Michaela, DPA and  Pu V. Khawmluaia IS and  also  acted as a resources persons in interaction session and answered all the queries raised by Trainees.
