Army Recruitment Rally for Mizoram 2019 had commenced from yesterday morning at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, the Salem Veng Locality area,  Aizawl. The 3 days event of Army recruitment for filling up of 200 plus vacant posts and it will be concluded on November 22.

2753 prospects had applied through online for this year Army Recruitment Rally from all parts of the state. On the first day, reserved from applicants from outside the state capital, 250 candidates out of 900 had qualified for Medical Examination.  Today, 300 candidates out of 750 applicants who had turned up for the test had qualified for Medical Examination. The recruitment rally, scheduled to conclude on November 22 is jointly organized by the Army Recruitment Office, Zemabawk, Aizawl under the command of  Col.  Suresh Nair, Army Recruiting Director, Aizawl and the teams from Sports & Youth Department, Superintendent of Police, Aizawl, 3rd Bn M.A.P., Power & Electricity Department, Medical Superintendent Office, Fire & Emergency Department, Information & Public Relation, UD&PA, Sainik Welfare & Resettlement, Deputy Commissioner's Office, Aizawl, LEDS&E, NIC, MYC and Local Council, Salem Veng.
