Today, Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), Govt Lawngtlai College organised a career guidance & counselling programme for their students at their College.

The programme is chaired by Dr C. Ramhnehzauva, RUSA Coordinator & Assistant Professor, Govt Lawngtlai College. Principal Pu T. Thangthuama delivered a short speech urging the students to set a goal for their career and work hard to achieve that.

The resource person, Pu C. Lalhruaitluanga, DIPRO Lawngtlai spoke on the topic of 'career guidance and counselling' highlighting important points for career planning, various career options for Arts students and how to prepare for various competitive exams. He concluded with his view that the most important career is not one's education nor one's profession, but his day to day life and urged the students to be most careful in how they lead their life.

H. Rohmingmuana, a 5th Semester student presented a beautiful number and the programme ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Pi Malsawmtluangi, Head Assistant.
