Mr.S.K.Chakraborty, Dy.Director General and Mr.Dheeraj Jain, Dy.Director, Office of Census Commissioner Of India met the media persons at Information & Public Relations Conference Hall today. The media persons were  briefed on the Census Of India 2011 and the National Population Register which shall commence on the 15th May in the state of Mizoram. The Census 2011 is to be conducted in two phases. The first phase called the House Listing and Housing Census will be followed by the second phase called the Population Enumeration Phase.
