The Chapchar Kut Organizing committee today met at the CM’s Conference Hall under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister Pu Zoramthanga. The main Chapchar Kut celebration will be held at Lammual, Aizawl and will last for two day, i.e the 5th and 6th of March, 2020. Art & Culture Minister Pu R. Lalzirliana will host for the festivities as “Kut Thlengtu” while the Chief Minister will attend the festivities as “Kut Pa”. Photo and Painting exhibition, flower show, handloom and handicraft exhibition as well as Food stalls will be organized during the festival. The theme selected for this year’s Chapchar Kut is “Zonun ze mawi chawi san”.
