1.(1) Heng dante hi Conduct of Elections (Amendment) Rules, 2023 tih an ni ang. 

(2) Official Gazette-a tihchhuah an nih ni atanga hman tan tur an ni.

2. Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, (hemi hnulamah chuan ‘He dan’ tia ziah), rule 18-na zawhah, a hnuaia dan hi belh a ni ang:-

“18A. Inthlan kaihhnawiha duty voter chuan facilitation centre ah vote a thlak ang.- Inthlan kaihhnawiha voter duty chuan a postal ballot dawnah he Dan bung (Part)-in a sawi anga vote thlakin, Returning Officer-in ziaka a ruat facilitation centre-ah a thehlut ang.”.

3. He Dan rule 24-na, sub rule(2), clause(c) a “any gazette officer” (gazette officer tu pawh) tih chu “any Group A or  Group B officer” (Group A emaw Group B officer tu pawh) tia thlak a ni.

4. He Dan rule 27A na,-

(a) clause (c) a “a person flagged” (tu emaw chhinchhiah bik) tih chu “a person with benchmark disability as defined in clause (r) of section 2 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and flagged” (Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 Section (2), clause (r) in a sawi anga rualbanlo) tia a thlak a ni;

(b) clause (e) a “above 65 years” (kum 65 chunglam), tih chu “above 80 years” (kum 80 chunglam) ti a thlak a ni.

5. He Dan hnuaia Form 13D, thu then 5-na a,-

(a) “any Gazetted Officer” (Gazetted officer tu pawh) tih chu “any Group A or Group B officer” (Group A emaw Group B officer tu pawh) tia thlak a ni.

(b) a tawpah hian a hnuai thu hi belh a ni:-

“Voter inthlan kaihhnawiha duty postal ballot-a vote thlak duh chuan postal ballot-a dawnah vote thlakin, Returning Officer-in ziaka a ruat facilitation centre-ah postal ballot hi a thehlut ang.”.
