Lawngtlai, the 9th November, 2020: Deputy Commissioner Lawngtlai Dr Andrew H. Vanlaldika today issued an order revoking declaration of Lawngtlai Vengpui and Vengpui-II Village Council areas as containment areas for active case search within the said containment areas had been completed by medical teams successfully. The areas had been under containment areas since 29th October, 2020.
However, those being home quarantined as a result of contact tracing are to remain quarantined until there is a permission for discharge from medical teams and VLTFs.
