Siaha; the 16th April,2021: District Disaster Management Authority held a meeting to mull over district's preparedness for coming monsoon,here at Siaha,today.

Meeting was chaired by Shri. Kesavan R,IAS, Chairman DDMA and DC Siaha district. The meeting deliberated upon the disasters and various difficulties the onsetting Monsoon might bring upon, and mulled over preventive and mitigatory measures to be adopted.

DCSO informed the meeting that sufficient quantity of rice to last through Monsoon season were already stocked in all the CS&CA Godowns located at villages which are prone to getting cut off from district headquarter due to monsoon induced landslides or other factors.
