Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department Minister K Lalrinliana visited the Covid-19 Screening Point situated at Bairabi today, saying that the safety of the citizen is the top priority of the Government.

The Minister mentioned that the precautionary measures are carried out to detect and prevent the entry of Covid-19 in the borders and therefore urged the public not to panic over it but to make ourselves aware about it. The minister also visited Bairabi Rail station, inspecting the screening process of the passengers in the station and the Mosque Construction Site at Zophai.
