Governor P.S.Sreedharan Pillai Plants tree sapling on World Environment Day

Aizawl, the 5th June 2020: Governor P.S. Sreedharan Pillai planted a Tree Sapling on the occasion of World Environment Day,2020 in the premises of Mizoram Raj Bhavan, Aizawl, this afternoon.

Elsewhere in the state, the volunteers while maintaining social distancing are reported to have either planted the tree saplings or cleared the reeds and vegetation around the exisiting tree plantation along the roadsides.
