An inaugural Programme of Inter-District Women's Football Tournament-2019, organized by Mizoram Football Association(MFA) in collaboration with Siaha District Football Association(SDFA), was held at Siaha District Playground in forenoon yesterday at 9:00Am, here at Siaha.

Pu N.Zakhai,CEM,MADC benignly graced the event as the Chief Guest and presented Rs.20,000/-to SDFA as well.

Pu  V.T. Martin Vabeiduakhei, Sr. Vice President, SDFA presided over inaugural programme and  Pu T. Samueal, Adviser, SDFA proposed Devotion. Pu Beirahmo Syhly, President, SDFA  delivered welcome Speeches and gleafully welcomed  the  football lovers -public and Women Footballers from 6 districts of Mizoram State who had gathered here for the event.

Pi P.Chaki,President,MCHP(H) too  delivered a speech passionately.

Gathering public were regailed with beautiful gaits and swings of dancers of the cultural dances and  the melodious voices of Top Artists.

Pu K.Malsawmdawngliana,Jt.Secretary,SDFA ended the programme with a proposal  "vote of thanks".

Six Districts of Mizoram; viz: Aizawl, Lunglei,Champhai,Kolasib, Lawngtlai and Siaha participated in the Tournament.

Yesterday's 1st Match was played between Aizawl DFA Vs Lunglei DFA, and 2nd Match  was played between  Champhai DFA and Lawngtlai DFA.
