Siaha; the 20th November,2020: A two session of Live Talk shows was held at NSV Studio, here in Siaha; today.

The 1st session dealt upon Adoption and was jointly organised by District Child Protection Unit and Siaha Child Adoption Centre. 

Smt.Malsawmtluangi Pachuau, Protection Officer (IC) , District Child Protection Unit, Siaha hosted the show; and panel members are Dr. David Zaitinvawra, District Child Protection Officer Siaha , Smt. Rebek K. Zonunsangi, Co-ordinator, Social Mission & KHP ECM Hqrs Siaha,Smt. H. Lalnunhriatpuii, Coordinator, Siaha Child Adoption Centre Siaha leh Smt. V. Malsawmtluangi, Social Worker, DCPU Siaha. Premised upon Juvenile Justice ( Care and Protection) Act, 2015 and Adoption , Adoption Guidelines, 2019 and Adoption Process, Relative Adoption : Process and Prospects and Promoting & Encouraging Adoption in Siaha District, a discussion was held at length.

This was followed suit by 2nd Session; which was organised jointly by District Child Protection Unit, Siaha leh Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP), Siaha, and discussion was on Domestic Violence 

Dr.David Zaitinvawra, District Child Protection Officer, hosted the discussion and Smt. Lalhmingi, Child Development Project Officer(CDPO) Siaha, Smt.Mary J. Ngurnunmawii, Advocate, District Court Siaha, Miss.Imelda C Zomuanzuali, Centre Administrator, One Stop Centre Siaha and Miss B. Zisia , Women Welfare Officer, Mahila Shakti Kendra Siaha are the panel members of the discussion and they talked upon Domestic Violence Act 2005 : An Overview, Reporting & Services available in Siaha District, Issues & Challenges of Domestic Violence in Siaha District and Preventive Measures on Domestic Violence.
