Lunglei Deputy Commissioner Pi K. Lalrinzuali yesterday inaugurated the ‘SOUTHERN MIZORAM INTER POST MATRIC QUIZ COMPETITION (MPSC CHALLENGE) 2019’ at the Excise & Narcotics Conference Hall, Lunglei.

The quiz competition, organized by MSU Regional Headquarters Lunglei has twenty participants representing 10 educational institutions from Lunglei, Siaha and Hnahthial Districts - Government J Buana College, Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School, Silver Mount School, DIET Lunglei, Lunglei Government College, GHSS Lungei, Govt. Leitlangpui HSS, GHSS Hnahthial, Don Bosco School Siaha and St Thomas Higher Secondary School New Siaha. The competition encompasses a wide array of topics ranging from politics, economics, history and culture to general knowledge and science; and is being broadcasted live through JB Cable Network, Lunglei and LDF Cable, Lunglei.

Stressing on the importance of fostering healthy competition among students, Lunglei Deputy Commissioner Pi K. Lalrinzuali commended the MSU Regional Hqrs Lunglei for taking the initiative to organize the Quiz Competition. She also encouraged the students to maximize their potential through sheer hard work and dedication; while also reminding them to take interest in current affairs of national and international importance, which she said, would help them in facing various competitive examinations in the future.
