Mamit 15th March, 2021 : World Consumer Rights Day, 2021 has been held in Mamit District at the Conference Hall of I&PR Mamit with R. Vanlalsawta, Addl.DC Mamit as the Chief Guest of the occasion.

The theme for World Consumer Rights Day, 2021 is "Tackling Plastic Pollution". The Programme was chaired by FL. Rinngheta, President, Mamit District Consumer Organization (MDCO), Mamit. Pu H. Lalramliana, Vice President, MDCO was also amongst the speaker in the programme, Pu James Laldawngliana, Asst. Secy, St. Francis of Assisi Church, Mamit led the devotion programme and Pu Hmingthanthuama, Fin.Secy, MDCO proposed vote of thanks for the programme.

Attendees for the programme are leaders from Jt.VC, Sub. Hqrs YMA, MUP, MHIP, Mizoram Primary Teacher Asssociation, Retailers and officials from FCS & CA and media persons.
