Dated Aizawl, the 9th November, 2020: In exercise of the power conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 151 read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 142 & sub-rule (1) of Rule 158 of the Lai Autonomous District Council (Constitution, Conduct of Business etc.) Rules, 2010, as amended, the Mizoram State Election Commission hereby appoints the following dates and times with respect to the said election in each of the Constituencies:-

2. | Issue of Notice of Election by Returning Officer | 09.11.2020 |
3. | Last Date for Filing Nominations | 20.11.2020 (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM) |
4. | Scrutiny of Nominations | 20.11.2020 (3:00 PM Onwards) |
5. | Last Date for Withdrawal of Candidature | 23.11.2020 (Upto 4:00 PM) |
6. | Date & Time for Allotment of Symbols and Submission of List of Contesting Candidates | 24.11.2020 (10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon) |
7. | Date of Poll | 04.12.2020 (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) |
8. | Date of Re-Poll, if necessary | 05.12.2020 (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) |
9. | Counting of Votes | 08.12.2020 (10:00 AM Onwards till completion) |
