Aizawl 7th October, 2021 : PSA Oxygen Plant under PMCARES Fund was inaugurated today by Dr. Lalrozama, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Mamit District for the used in Mamit District Hospital.

Pressure Swing Absorption (PSA) Oxygen Plant is funded by PMCARES Fund (Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation) to fight Covid-19 second wave as reported by Dr. Lalrinfela H, Senior Medical Officer. The Oxygen Plant is manufactured by Titagard Bridges and International Pvt. Ltd Kolkata with a cost of Rs 61,36,000/-.

The inaugural programme was chaired by Dr. T. Lalrintluanga, MD, DMS Mamit District Hospital, Devotion by Upa Lalchhuanawma, Pharmacist, District Hospital Mamit and a vote of thanks proposed by Lalzuatliana, Senior Medical Officer, Mamit. The programme was witnessed by Pu Vineet Kumar, IPS, SP Mamit, Dr. Zothankhuma Chhakchhuak, CMO Mamit and other officials and NGOs leaders.
