Aizawl, the 17th November 2020 : Lok Sabha MP Shri C. Lalrosanga recently visited some Central Government establishments in Aizawl to know about their roles and their services. Today, he visited the Customs Office in Aizawl and met Assistant Commissioner Smt. Neetisha Verma. He inquired items being imported and the rates of customs duty for various goods and requested the Assistant Commissioner to facilitate speedy processing and minimise hurdles for importers.

Yesterday, he met BSNL General Manager Shri Arun Kumar who has been recently posted to Aizawl. Shri Arun Kumar apprised the MP of measures taken to upgrade and improve services of BSNL landlines and internet connectivity in the state. Last week Shri C. Lalrosanga visited NHIDCL office in Aizawl where the officials apprised him of ongoing projects and asked him to give his suggestions for improvement of road connectivity in the state within the ambit of their current projects.

The MP is slated to visit Dampa Rengpui, which was selected as MP Model Village under SAGY tomorrow. On the 19th November, he will also be attending a DISHA meeting at Mamit.
