SERLUI MLA VISITS COVID-19 SCREENING POINT AT VAIRENGTE, TALKS WITH VAIRENGTE NGOs AND OFFICIALS ON DUTY

Kolasib dated 20th April 2021: Mr.Lalrinsanga Ralte, MLA, Serlui Assembly Constituency, visited the Covid-19 Screening Point at Vairengte and had a meeting with officials on duty and leaders of various NGOs of the area.

Reiterating the importance of Covid-19 Screening point located near the inter-state borders, the MLA mentioned that Screening points are being set up at Phaisen and Saiphai area as well. Mr.Lalrinsanga Ralte, while applauding the contribution of the NGOs in the fight against the pandemic, also requested them to continue supporting the Government in every means possible so that the SOP could be most effectively implemented.

MLA Mr.Lalrinsanga Ralte, who is also the Vice Chairman, Rubber & Allied Crops Development Board, donated Rs.10,000 to Vairengte Screening Point and another Rs.10,000 to the Vairengte Joint VLTF.
