The State Election Commission, Mizoram has decided to undertake Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls of Village Councils for use in the By-Election to fill vacancies of seats in respect of 17 (Seventeen) Village Councils as indicated under the table-I with reference to 1st July, 2023 as the qualifying date as per the Schedule indicated in table-II below:-
