Dated Aizawl, the 9th June, 2026: No. B.11011/1/2026 - SEC/VC/2: In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (1) of Rule 3 of Mizoram (Election to Village Councils) Rules, 2014, the State Election Commission, Mizoram hereby orders that Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls in respect of the following Villages with reference to 1st January, 2026 as the qualifying date shall be carried out as per the schedule indicated in the table below:

- The Draft Electoral Roll shall be the Final Electoral Roll of the last General Election to Village Council, 2025 for each Village Council.
- The Electoral Roll shall be prepared manually by each District Election Office as the last used Electoral management Software is inaccessible for this Summary Revision of Electoral Roll.
- Every Claims and Objection shall be disposed by Electoral Registration Officer, after disposing the claims & objection, the addition and deletion list of Electoral Roll shall be prepared manually by District Election Office for each Village Council Constituencies.
